My i6 year old Saluki/Whippet X girly has been on this (or similar Hills prescription diet I/D) together with senior sensitive kibble for about 3 years now and it has always successfully sorted her chronic gastric problems . If she does have an occasional bout of gastro enteritis ( as a result of my having risked adding a new element to the diet) this product on its own has always turned the problem around.It would probably not be an exaggeration to say Hill's I/D wet food is both prolonging and giving her a comfortable life. As a qualified dog behaviourist, I often suggest clients ask their vet about prescribing it.

Good product, a bit expensive. Very reliable delivery. Box can be recycled BUT the fibreglass tape stops it being used. Should use a different one.

Been using this dog food for a few years now. It's good for my dog as he rarely gets an upset tummy now. I had difficulty finding it online. Where I used to buy it from was constantly out of stock. Found animed Direct. Ordered from them and it arrived on time. Will be ordering from them in the future.

My dog needs this, but the recipe is not consistent. Sometimes it’s dense, and meaty, which my dog loves. But, it’s a crap shoot that it might be full of rice or grain, which my dog doesn’t like. I wish they would get it together, as I’m mostly getting the rice recipe. Not good…

My Staffy has Colitis and is really restricted in what she can eat. Luckily not only does the Hills prescription diet for digestive problems give her normal stools but she also loves the taste of the wet food stew and laps it up in no time at all. The only downside is the price which is very expensive particularly as she eats 1.5 tins a day. I don't begrudge her having it as it improves her digestion so well. But if the price continues to rise I won't be able to afford it for her. However, I can highly recommend it for dogs with dodgy tummies as it makes such a big difference to their health.

My dog has suffered from colitis for years now and when she has a nasty flare up she gets really poorly. I’ve tried all sorts of food for her but Hills Digestive care wet food has had the best results ever. The joy of seeing her happily producing well formed poos cannot be underestimated . If you have a dog with colitis you will know exactly what I mean!

I've previously used this food for my old dog that has a serious digestive problem. Very disappointed to find it is now looks to be 50% rice! Not the solid crumbly texture from previous orders. Going to look for an alternative.

Both my rescue dogs have sensitive stomachs and were moderately undernourished when they arrived from Cyprus.I tried a variety of foods over a couple of years, which caused a range of issues from bloating to not satisfying hunger.Hills prescription digestive care is satisfying, non bloating and produces good firm stools.Im delighted with the product and both dogs finish their meal.

My dog has a delicate stomach. She is 100% improved since she has been on this. Although she still has the odd day when she has a funny tummy she is definitely better since we changed to this

Brilliant for settling the tummy

This has been brilliant for our then 9 week old cocker spaniel puppy who’s tummy seemed to get unsettled with his biscuits. This was originally prescribed by our vet and has worked brilliantly and helped him gain a healthy weight. We haven’t yet tried to reintroduce the biscuits but vet advised we can keep him on this going forward.Thanks for the excellent service of delivery we will definitely be repeating our order!!
