Very good. I topped them with stir-fried veggies. Next time I'll use them in broth, as soup, as directed on the package.
Very surprised to find this at Walmart.com. Usually go to Asian stores or Amazon.com to buy this. Great price and very nice quality buckwheat noodles.
I've used these for yakisoba, and in ramen soups. These are of a really nice texture and taste. I'm not a big whole wheat/whole grain fan sn3d usually stay away from anything with "wheat" in it, but something (and youtube) told me to try these out, and I'm glad I did. Besides, they are super healthy, too. Forever a fan of buckwheat, and these will be my No. 1 in my cart. Please, keep them in stock!
