It looks awesome and it’s Sound is good when it is working, this is my second one due to I had to take the first one back because the sound would stop while the system and Tv was still on. I would have to disconnect or pull the power cord out of the bar to reset it and start again. It would randomly disconnect the sound bar and you would have to reconnect manually. The second sound bar has started to have the same issues. I have a Hisense TV and everything states that I have read up on is that this shouldn’t be happening? I am ready to return the second one and get my money back and buy a different brand.

First soundbar and subwoofer experience. I've been using it with the tv with optical cable. Really easy setup, simple to use, sounds great. The subwoofer is very loud, I turn the bass right down for nighttime viewing, glad there are EQ presets that help with that. I don't think the stereo effect is very strong, but it's a soundbar, how defined could it be? Can't pass comment on Bluetooth connectivity, haven't used it, nor HDMI or 3.5mm. No idea how it compares to more expensive models and brands, but I'm very happy with mine, would recommend. It comes with an optical cable, don't do what I did and order another separately.

Purchased to assist with poor audio quality from my bedroom tv. Sound quality out of the sound bar was decent, however I experienced a pretty annoying audio sync issue which I couldn't fix (tv has no audio sync setting, different cables and inputs didnt help). Ended up returning as it made watching the tv impossible. Auto power on was a convenient feature, however you need to press the dimmer button on the remote to turn off the continuously scrolling input source on the soundbar screen.

We have 2 Hisense TV's in the house and one is a 65inch Screen. This Soundbar with Subwoofer is awesome. The sound it puts out is amazing and we were quite surprised. I love music DVD's and enjoy listening to them with this new sound that has been added to the TV. My Partner loves his movies and was not at first convinced this would be right for him. Loves it now and we got rid of the larger speakers. For a small subwoofer it has great performance. Highly recommend this for even a larger open space.
I love the speaker. The only reason I've given it 4 Star is for being unable to use it evening time. Even if you put the Volume on 1, its still pretty loud compare to Volume 4-5 on TV. For us who has a child its an issue. As it wakes up all who went to bed. Speaker if Excellent for its price. Stylish look is a benefit. It's exceeded my expectations for its price. I were unable to connect it to our Hisense TV to make using it just 1 remote control following all manual instruction. We were verified we could do so by The Good Guys Sales assistant during the purchase. Its ok now, after the 'problem' written above. If I'd get a second chance of choice I'd still go for this sound bar.
I found this soundbar easy to set up and sound quality is great for the price. To get the subwoofer cranking, use the EQ setting 'Movie'I'm using the optical connection and needed to really push connector in for it to work. I love that the sub connects wirelessly. Very happy with purchase. Hisense are great value and this is my second product by this brand.

I like the fact that you have some control of EQ via Bass and Treble up/down controls on the remote. Surround mode and EQ presets (music, news, movie) are all good. Considering the 200w total max output power, volume from the soundbar is not overly loud but seems clear and adequate. The soundbar lacks some midrange which would help seamlessly bridge the gap between it and the sub range. Nevertheless there's plenty of volume from the 80w Sub and on many occasions I had to reduce bass levels. The display is handy and it is simple to install set up and use. The soundbar brings a lot more mid-range and bass giving a much fuller sound over the TV speakers. The bass was initially loud and overpowering but the bass and treble can be adjusted so it can be tweaked to your liking. The surround sound option does add a bit of width to the soundstage but don't expect full surround sound. Also, changing the sound source on the TV from Dolby Digital to PCM gave a significant improvement in sound quality and volume. Connecting over ARC was a bit tricky to set up (due to my TV rather than the soundbar) but once I got it working it has been very reliable. As my first sound bar I had mixed expectations of this product. However the improvement in sound from our TV certainly impressed me. It looks good and is very unobtrusive. The subwoofer is connected via Bluetooth so its positioning is very flexible. Initial setup was made difficult by the fact that we no longer had the manual for the TV and also the remote control failed ages ago. However once the connections were made and the settings on the TV were organised we have a very pleasant listening experience.
Simple set up once I had bought the right HDMI cable that did not come with the product. The combination of sub woofer for a deep base with the sound bar makes for a much better sound than my TV speakers.. The boxed unit is compact, although quite heavy. The small remote has functions that turn off the illuminated LED connection modes at the front of the bar which I thought was an unnecessary distraction. Four stars for a very attractive and reasonably priced unit which is recommended by CHOICE.
