The quality of the TV is good for what you pay. Definitely an affordable option for those who can't pay for the big brands. And you still get a smart TV and fair quality image.

Firstly, I want to thank Harvey Norman for its superb delivery service, whether it's via the marketplace vendors or they own stores. The TV was delivered on schedule with plenty advance and on the day notification. The TV itself is good quality. This is my first smart TV so I'm loving it. The picture quality is good, though I am comparing it to a very dated TV that I bought 7 years ago. The great plus is having ABC and SBS already preloaded in their available apps - I have no reception, so streaming is the only way that I can watch anything.
Shame it doesn't support a wider range of apps due to vidaa platform, but picture and sound quality are good. Waiting for firmware updates so i can use disney again!
Picture very good, sound as expected. Menus, etc fast. Remote fails to function normally on occasion. Sometimes loses internet (wi-fi) connection, though this may be external issue.
Easy to deal with bought online They contacted me for pick up and they were so helpful in putting my new 70” Hisense TV into my car. The best Tv I have ever had love the easy remote and voice control. Would definitely buy again and tell friends of my dealings.
TV was easy to set up, although like all TVs the inputs are on the rear... Make sure you plug in all of your cables etc before you install onto the wall bracket, because once it's up it's up! Picture quality very good for a TV in this price range and so far I haven't felt the need to install a sound bar. Very happy with the TV. It has a good selection of apps (updated to include Disney+) and I use a chromecast to access Binge.
Great picture and sound quality, but missing the ability to add other apps such as Disney+ or Binge. I’ve read that HiSense is adding Disney+ but from what I can tell, it’s not available on this tv. Overall, good quality for money.
I bought this TV today from the very friendly staff at MurwillumbahAfter friendly staff took it to my car I very easily set it up in a couple of minutesGreat priceGreat TVDon’t hesitate to buy this TV
