We already owned a Hisense TV & Fridge both are giving us great service. So we went with the 9Kg front loader by them as well. So fare it has been excellent, good options from quick 20min to warm 2.5 hour deep wash. So thrums up from us.

Bought it 2 mths ago and had a slight leak that gradually got worse. Had to wait 2 weeks to get service agent out. He changed seal and left his mess on the floor for me to clean up. Meanwhile had to borrow another washing machine from relative.he did not test machine and first wash it leaked again still waiting for service agent to fix again. I would recommend another brand

I brought this 2 months ago. It is a great machine. I love the wave drum, as it cleans nicely. I don't really even have to use fabric softener. But I can not find any instructions anywhere on how to use the 'Dose Assist' feature with this machine. No instructions in the instruction book and nothing online.
The only thing it doesn't have that my Electrolux had was you could manually alter the length of the wash cycle. The hisense takes longer to do your washing. Yes it has a quick 2kg wash but can't use that on everything. If there is a way to alter the length of your wash cycle I'd love to know cause the manual doesn't disclose anything
Easy to install and instruction were fairly comprehensive. Runs smoothly. Is slightly noisy at full tilt but that is to be expected when running 1400RPM
I purchased the washing machine... a month later a door error came up and the filter had snapped in half. I had to wait 6 weeks for a replacement as they couldn’t get a part or tech to come inspect the machine. The 2nd machine was finally delivered and it was delivered had been second hand. I then had to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement machine. The 2nd replacement machine was delivered, used 3 times to then have a water leak from the bottom of the machine. I would never purchase a hisense product ever again! I had no washing machine longer then the original product I purchased!!
I bought this just recently and I could not be happier. The sleek modern design and ease of use are impressive. It handles large loads with ease, just be sure to read the instruction manual in full so that you can get the best use out of this machine. Very very happy.
