I currently use a HJC RPHA90s Carbon which is my favorite helmet. It is a Med size, so I thought I'd get this new carbon 91. When it arrived, the fit was not the same for a Medium, it was so tight. I wore it for 30 minutes thinking it would adjust but it never did. I returned it contemplating to get a large, but I am thinking the shell size would be larger and make it look bigger plus it would defeat the weight which I like over the other high-end models. I hope to see it in a store so can try it out because I just hate ordering then having to return things.

My first modular helmet and my quietest of all, my other 2 helmet is Shoei RF1400 and Arai Defiant X.No issue s at all with the mechanism. Slightly below my other helmets in the feel of overall quality.

The helmet itself may be okay, I did not get past the sizing of the shell. Ordered an XL and used the sizing charts to measure and arrive at that choice. This thing was massive. Loose padding inside and the shell looked like a bobble head. I could not imagine wearing this while riding. I highly recommend an in person fitting before purchasing this helmet.
