Product was WONG size too big. I spoke with StockX representative Laura, was not helpful. Explained I needed an even exchange, in a smaller size, I was send a wrong size but they did not help me. I was advised in a long letter they can NOT help to resell it, but I do not have time when I work long hours at the hospital. I did not want my money from the shoe, I wanted an even exchange for a smaller but “StockX” did not assist. This was my first experience with this horrible company, they stoled $178.00 for shoes, I will never wear. Extremely bad company, cause they do not do exchanges. For anyone that wants an even exchange, they will not do that. Do not trust this company!
