I have been running in SpeedGoats for about a year now as my trail shoe, and caught myself using them all the time - from road running to running errands - they were just too comfortable to not. I finally admitted to myself it was time to buy an intentional road runner , and WOW is all I can say.Before Hokas, I didn't know running pain free was even something I could experience. These shoes, while a bit stiff as I got started, are like running on a dreamy cloud. I am so happy with them! I wear a size 8 in speedgoats and opted for the same thing here. They fit great, although a bit taller around the ankle compared to the SGs. Will be wearing these all the time!

This is by far the best shoe I have purchased from Hoka and I have been a true Hoka buyer for a long time and have tried all the Bondi's and the Clifton. I walk 5 miles everyday. Normally my feet/legs are getting fatigued the last mile but with the Skyflow that fatigue is at a minimum or not at all. I don't feel the need to take off my shoes when I get done anymore.I really like that the Skyflow shoe is lighter in weight but also the material of the shoe. As always, wish they had more color options. I got the midnight/pink.

And; ultimately we all take our own time to figure things out - but I'm glad I finally listened. These are very comfortable and stable for my feet and body - and I am able to enjoy more because of this.I'd say true to size and priced right.

I am so bummed! First time owning Hoka and shoe recommended to me: Skyfow, is nothing at all like the description. I bought the shoe to wear AFTER my recovery from knee surgery. Never did I expect only a 30 day return policy. The shoes are stiff, little cushion without any bend to them. If they sound awful, that is because they are. I am so saddened that shoes worn only 4 or 5 times cannot be returned for a softer shoe. My first time and last time buying Hoka...so sad!
I absolutely love these shoes. I have the black/white combo and they are a great change of pace between my plain black sneakers. It took me 3 orders to get the right size. Compared to my other hoka models, they run long and narrow. I usually wear a 6.5 or 6.5 wide and needed to get a 6 W in these. They feel a bit stiff at first but they have a great rocker feel and a great spring to them. I don't feel like I sink into them as much as I do the bondi, but they are more cushy than the Clifton. It's the perfect in between shoe. I am recovering from reconstructive ankle surgery and when I took my dogs for a walk in these, my feet felt like they had their own energy. I also put these on after my CrossFit workout and it was a fantastic recovery shoe. My Clifton's and ... MoreI absolutely love these shoes. Didn't want to go the Gaviota (the foam was just too much for me) or the Clifton (don't liike how it doesn't hold its form-my daughter has a million of them so I know) I also am very much in to the colors of my shoes, i like a little color. Tried an Altra which I didn't love so was just hoping for another Arahi by the time I needed a new shoe but nothing. pretty firm, which is a pro and a con. I read somewhere that it is between the bondi and the clifton plus more cushion overall... well, that adds up! I have been having achilles issues and since switching to this shoe for marathon training (or putting it heavily in the rotation that is), the pain moved away from one foot and down to the bottom of the other -- also a pro and a con I suppose. Even with the heel lock, my feet feel like they are sliding out, plus it is stiff/firm. So, it's a 4/5 for me. Nice and cushioned, love the black/white colorway but the sliding and firmness is a con overall and I am not sure if they are actually harming my foot...
The Hoka Skyflow is one of the springiest running show I've yet to wear. It strikes the perfect balance between the cushioning and firmness offering substantial padding without the overly plush feel that makes you sink into the shoe ( Bondi 8, I still love them). This combination creates a responsive, bouncy effect with every stride, making runs and walks feel energized and effortless. Though they do run about half a size larger (I'm a womens 8), I won't be exchanging them. Despite the extra room, they fit comfortably and stay securely in place, they don't slip off at all. I sometimes deal with toe injuries during longer runs, the additional space might actually help prevent any discomfort or bleeding while running.

The skyflow definitely feels like a Bondi and Clifton combined as past reviewers have said. That said so far I love this shoe! The sizing is exactly like my Clifton 7's which I bought in a size 8 wide. My only complaint is the tongue is a bit thicker and the whole shoe feels a bit more constricting. The good news is there's plenty of room in the toe box and even though it's a neutral shoe it has really good stability as well. Ive been wearing hoka for yrs and i wore these for the 1st time today and when im walking on wet concrete its like im walking on ice. What? sneakers arent supposed to feel like this. Its dangerous, so im trying them for the rest of the day. If they dont get better im gonna have to get rid of them. I bought them from hoka web site but i never got a confirmation email, the only reason i knew i pd for them was because they took the money out of my checking account, and the just showed up one day from thier warehouse in California. There was no invoice or anything. Is the hoka website gettong sketchy. Whats going on here?
