The HOKA Speedgoat 7 marks the next chapter in one of trail running’s most trusted franchises. Built to thrive on technical terrain, ultra-distance efforts, and rugged adventures, this versatile trail trainer delivers unwavering confidence when conditions and mileage start to add up. A newly developed supercritical EVA midsole blends plush cushioning with lively energy return, making the Speedgoat an ideal all-around option for runners who want one trail shoe capable of handling everything from daily miles to race day challenges. Up top, the updated upper fine-tunes the familiar Speedgoat fit with a more accommodating midfoot that adapts to a wider range of foot shapes. Comfort-focused upgrades include a redesigned heel collar and integrated gaiter compatibility, which help keep debris at bay. The lightweight, breathable RPET woven textile construction enhances durability while supporting a more sustainable build. Beneath the foot, the trusted Vibram Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug technology makes its return. It now features a revised lug layout for even more dependable traction across varied and unpredictable terrain. From steep climbs to technical descents, the HOKA Speedgoat 7 delivers protective cushioning, a responsive ride, and class-leading grip. This performance proves once again why it remains the GOAT of the trails.
