Home and Office Shredder

After shredding about 10 pieces of paper (2-3 pieces per round), there would be CONSTANT paper jam and I would need to stop the machine, clear the stuck paper, restart again with only 1-2 pieces per round. very time consuming and not functional. I reported to CS who responded quickly by sending me a new shredder head(actually two as the 2nd one cracked). Yet, the same situation happened to all three of them….which just means this product has inherit problems and is quite useless

This 'LENOX' Home Office Shredder Cutter VERY QUICKLY JAMS and STOPS even with a maximum of two sheets of 'normal' paper. Very frustrating and time wasting. Even more frustrating is the lack of interest from Kogan in trying to help. No wonder the latest edition of CHOICE Magazine has a non-complimentary Article about the lack of Good Service from KOGAN

first time I used it it got stuck with only using one sheet at a time. keeps getting jammed nothing to do with the way it is used because I use shredders often. Very disappointed.

Can only use 2 fine sheets or it gets jammed I spent more time unjamming than shredding Cheap plastic. Fills so quickly it jams. Not impressed but couldnt afford anything more expensive It does the trick if you are patient.

This product does what it says it will. I would like the catchment container to take a greater volume of shredded paper although, you could easily adapt this yourself . Definitely only shreds 5 sheets at a time. 4 is probably better to avoid jams. If it does jam it is easy to clear. Quite noisy, but does the job well.

Easy to operate. Good value. Didn't read the discription. Thought is was a cross cut (my error for not reading)

Very disappointed with this purchase wish I had not purchased sent to charity shop and I will buy another one from a local store. So loud and does not take paper (3 sheets) completely through shedding process. Good job it was only $49 approx.

It is ok, thought it might have beem a bit bigger and you have to put the paper in exactly straight otherwise it jammed. Had some reports fo shred and it didn't like the holes that are made after you bind a document, so I had to cut them all off first, quite time consuming.

A bit slow and tedious

A bought the shedder a month ago and found it was good for very small jobs but too slow and tedious when it comes to bigger jobs. Make sure staples and paper clips have been removed and do not put any more than 5 pages at a time, preferably only 3 pages otherwise the shredder jams.

It is a deficient product

The old saying "buyer beware" is so very true of this product.The shredder is supposed to take 5 sheets (thin), even 50mm x 50mm is enough to jam the machine. It is supposed to reverse and forward to remove paper when jammed - it doesn't clear. The jammed paper has to be removed with tweezers.Any small pieces of jammed paper is enough to prevent the on/auto from working. You then have to use the forward (and then reverse) to get any paper shredded. Even a shopping docket will not go through without jamming.It is a useless product, should not be on the market and we are stuck with something that doesn't work. Have you tested this product yourself? This is money down the drain for a product that doesn't work.
