Long heat time which is great. A bit heavy. Would like side handles or some sort of strap to prevent movement of the pad.

I love this, I've been using for muscle pain and abdominal bloating. The heat settings are great and easy to use temp control
A good heat pad that I am kind of addicted to now. I wanted a weighted heat pad so if I were to lay on my stomach it could sit comfortably on my back. It could be heavier for this use, but probably is a good weight for moving out of the way when I'm half asleep in bed. The plug can be in an awkward position, but its not the worst thing. The highest temp of 6 gets pretty hot that it will make you sweat after a while. Has a 2 hour auto turn off timer which is good.
