I’m a dentist and tend to have neck/shoulder/back tension from working on patients. I typically do monthly massages. I’ve been feeling more tension recently and wanted an option for in between my massages. This massager is magic! It definitely is equivalent to the deep tissue massages I normally get. The neck massage is a little intense but I run one cycle with it on and then a few cycles with it off. I love that it is versatile and you can lay down flat, inclined, or in a chair. I love laying on it flat to get the best pressure. This has been wonderful to use after a long day of work and needing tension release before I get a great night sleep. If you’re wanting a wonderful home massager that also has the great option of heat you have found it!!!!!

This massage cushion is wonderful. It really does a fantastic job of getting those aches out of your back and neck after a long day. The seat vibration is...strange? It just vibrates your rear and that's it. The heat function is nice for just a heated chair, or if you want to add some heat to your massage - however, there is only one heat setting (on or off). I am 6'3" and while sitting upright in the massage cushion the automatic neck height adjustment has to max out to get where I want it to on my neck. However, the massage heads sink in to the mat at the shoulders, thus there was hardly a massage at the shoulder blades, which is my highest area of need. I’d have given the product 3 stars because it was good in other areas and good at height adjustment. It’s still a quality product but just doesn’t meet my needs. I had spent the money on this product because of the 30-day guarantee; if it worked, totally worth the cost. What they fail to mention is the exorbitant shipping cost of this product. I spent $112 to return this, plus another $50 to get a different massage product. This thing is wonderful. It's really solid and pretty heavy but that's okay, I was just surprised by its weight, although it was probably surprised by mine too. I weigh 210lbs and if I'm laying on it I can hear the motors working pretty hard. It doesn't have any trouble though. I'm not sure you could do much better without having a dedicated chair. The heat is nice, and it has an auto shut-off in case you fall asleep, I suppose it so you don't turn into jelly.A few things to note, I would pass on the butt vibrator, no point. Everyone that has tried it said it felt "funny". The neck goes really low and doesn't move up and down you have to move it to where you want it. A little heavy to move around, but excellent massage feature. So far I have only used it reclining and only used on low. I’m 5’2” so having adjustable neck massage is a must. When reclining, the lower reach of back massage goes to my hips and butt. As this is too intense on hip bones, I have quickly learned to raise my hips until massager goes back up. This probably would not be a issue for a taller person. Overall, I’m satisfied with this massager.
No Rolling Massage feature. Lower back nodes barely touch my back while in sitting upright position. Neck massage can feel aggressive as it protrudes out too much. Both problems could be solved if it had 3D features to adjust nodes depth. Back nodes don't heat up only side padding does. Had i known above points i wouldn't have purchased it. On the plus side fabric material feels sturdy and likely won't rip. Buy this only If reclining massage is essential to your needs otherwise look at other offerings like Homedics elite 2.
