Buttons on remote small & flush. Which is GOOD! On previous ( other brand) remotes buttons sticking out & too easy to accidentally trigger. Control buttons by the motor could be bigger. Hard to reach & see, except for tall person. Very quiet, great price!!

I INSTALLED THIS ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND IT'S WORKING AS PROMISED, INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY DETAILED AND EASY TO FOLLOW. THE REMOTE IS SMALL ENOUGH TO BE ATTACHED TO MY KEY RING AND NOT MAKE MY POCKET BULKY. DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY

Bought about a month ago. Replaced an old BnD opener. Was concerned about it fitting but installation was easy. Works well on a single door. Only quibble is the door switches. The switches mounted on the unit are difficult to see and impossible to use for my 165cm wife. You have to use the remotes. These have two switches wired but only one works for both up and down, increasing the wear on the conductive pad underneath the switch. The BnD remote was the same but used a real pcb switch. Be interesting to see how long they last.

Controls failed to accurately lift or lower door. Unable to stop malfunction. Caused major damage with curtain breaking away from roller fixing at opposite end. Now having to replace roller door
This is a great product. Relatively easy to fit but would recommend two peopleThe only thing that let this whole purchase down was Post Haste. Terrible delivery times
For 3 years put up with an old opener which had failed. Purchased on the weekend then watched the very good Youtube video which was very informative. Put it together and had it operating in an hour. As video says garage doors are heavy so at the point when you remove the wall bracket to fit the opener you need to be careful.Was lucky enough to have a tall jack to hold in place til job was safe.A real luxury to be able to stay in car to access garage.
Great product for the price. Relatively easy to install when the instructions are followed. Check your dimensions suit with the online manual before buying. Remote’s look and feel a little cheap, but work fine
Great quality and great value for money good instructions and was easy enough to install even on my grandmother's 30 year old garage roller door. the only downside to this unit I would say is the remote control buttons. I don't like the button size as they are very hard to press and for an older person is a negative. however I'm sure that you could probably buy an aftermarket remote and program it in which is very easy by the way and will solve this issue. The Motor is also very quiet which is fantastic.
Nice replacement for the previous model & same brand that lasted 13 years. It’s new & improved & is quieter than the old one too.
Great find, would recommend to anyone. if you lose the tension on your shed door it becomes a three man job have a mate ready .
