We purchased the Horizon EX-59 without seeing or trying the unit, as we had sufficient confidence in the quality and capability of Horizon Fitness products, having purchased an Horizon treadmill, a month earlier and have been very satisfied with it.While Allen Keys are provided as tools to assemble the unit , I would highly recommend purchasing a socket wrench with Allen bits, which will speed up assembly, immenselyUnfortunately, once assembled, the resistance on the Eliptical was incredibly and very unnaturally stiff, so I called Horizon Tech Support , who dispatched a local technician, immediately. The Service Technician diagnosed a faulty servo and ordered the part, which was delivered in short order. Little problem with delivery and set up but customer support helped me out.
Was delivered from Gold Coast to Sydney within a week of purchasing which was great considering all the delays due to covid. The machine was easy to assemble by one person, easy to follow instructions made it simple. The machine is quiet when in use, very stable and has been a great addition to my fitness regime during lockdown
A fairly simple elliptical. I had it assembled for me. I purchased this item to replace one i had worn out after almost ten years. This model can be used at the lowest tension level. I use it three times a week for a thirty minute workout. My old model had an integrated fan but this one does not. So I have set up a small fan to move the air around me. After one month I am quite happy with this unit at the price I paid.
Super quick delivery, easy to put together very straightforward, super happy with this product also very affordable. Only down side I’d say for myself is the stride, could be a bit longer but I’m 6’3. Love it
