Bought this as a replacement for my burnt out treadmill. Overall product quality is top notch. Machine is very quiet when in use and offers just enough different type workouts to change things up. Display on machine is great but the speakers leave a bit to be desired. The console stop working out one month after the warranty was over (or 13 months after). The company said so bad so sad. A new console cost approx. $500.

I can't use it. I find the pedals too hard to push. Horizon has send away for new parts. If that doesn't work, can I return the equipment? Thank you.

Works great, challenging programmed exercises, easy to put together, only complaint is heart rate monitor and calories burned is inaccurate, says my heart rate is 60-90 bpm during 20 minute workout when it’s really 140-160 bpm
I bought this a few weeks ago. I like everything about except for one thing, the mile tracker and calories burned counter are way off. Example: I ran for 30 minutes at maximum resistance and the machine was reading that I burned 3000 calories and ran 8 miles. Both counters are just extremely unrealistic. This seems to only really happen when the resistance is all the way up, but other than the trackers being off, the machine is great.
I bought this and put it together by myself.It was super easy. Note: there are riots on the handle that you need to unscrew for them to fit in. Took me a minute to figureout. Then good to go.I love it and having at home is super cool. No more creepers at the gymHighlyrecommend

The Service Technician diagnosed a faulty servo and ordered the part, which was delivered in short order. It was easy to put together! It runs smoothly! We love having right at home to use at our convenience!It was a very reasonable price! We are enjoying it very much!
Was delivered from Gold Coast to Sydney within a week of purchasing which was great considering all the delays due to covid. The machine was easy to assemble by one person, easy to follow instructions made it simple. The machine is quiet when in use, very stable and has been a great addition to my fitness regime during lockdown
A fairly simple elliptical. I had it assembled for me. I purchased this item to replace one i had worn out after almost ten years. This model can be used at the lowest tension level. I use it three times a week for a thirty minute workout. My old model had an integrated fan but this one does not. So I have set up a small fan to move the air around me. After one month I am quite happy with this unit at the price I paid.
