Absolutely fantastic treadmill! This machine has me running every day without fail. The service was truly amazing, and the delivery was incredibly fast.
Acquired the Omega Z treadmill to enhance my daily cardio routine. Highly satisfied with the treadmill's superior build quality and craftsmanship. Boasts a robust motor and ample running space. Definitely a cost-effective investment! ??

We purchased this treadmill in June & it is now October & it has not worked yet. The treadmill was faulty when we received it, after lodging the support claim I was advised that a technician was not available for a month. The technician was unable to fix the problem, it was then another 2 months before the technician could come again. During this time I received no communication from Johnson Fitness customer service. The technician found another issue during their second visit. I have now been told that the technician needs to come for a third visit, which is not until next week. It has been over 4 months from purchase date & we still do not have a working treadmill.
