HORL 3 Rolling Knife Sharpener 15°/20° Walnut

The HORL 3 Diamond Knife Sharpener offers a gentle yet highly efficient grinding experience. Upon first use, you may hear the audible removal of excess diamond particles from the disk, which soon smooths out for precision sharpening. The included ceramic honing disk ensures your blade is refined by removing any burrs, delivering a polished, sharp result. With the quick lock feature, you can easily unscrew the HORL 3 grinding disk and switch it out for an alternative disk or whetstone, making it versatile for all your sharpening needs. Its magnetic angle support guarantees a constant and reproducible grinding angle, providing professional level sharpening every time. Choose between a 15° grinding angle for a precise, razor-sharp cutting edge or a 20° angle for a robust, durable edge. For stability, the HORL Grip Pad offers an anti-slip effect, holding your blade securely in place throughout the sharpening process. Crafted with attention to detail in the Black Forest, Germany, the HORL 3 represents the brand’s commitment to quality and regional craftsmanship. To maintain its performance, regularly clean the grinding disks with a pencil eraser and protect both the HORL 3 and angle support from moisture. This version is finished in a darker Walnut wood, but it is also available in a lighter Oak finish, giving you aesthetic options to match your kitchen.
