I've ordered hot tools gold curl bar 32 mm and I've received 25 mm one. I've contacted support multiple times and no reply. I wasn't able to organise a return or to get reimbursed (25 mm is cheaper). Don't order from this website

Honestly the easiest tool to use ever! never had my curls last this long and the tightness of the curls is the same even on the back of my head! loveeeee
