Hot Wheels Mario Kart - Boo's Spooky Sprint Track Set

My 6 yr old son really likes this toy. Easy set up. Only a few parts to put together. Isn't too loud or messy. Wish it offered more play time though. This would be better for a kid that really utilizes their imagination. My son gets bored after about an hour of playtime if I'm not trying to find other games or ways of using it.

BOO!

Another Mario Kart addition that definitely looks cool but once the cars are on the track, nothing seems to be able to pass these guys unless they just aren't moving. It's seriously the impossible level! My son still loves it and definitely is a great addition to the full Mario Kart track, just wished it would allow you to win once in a while.

Cute course, but a little tricky

My son enjoyed the novelty of a Mariokart in his Hot Wheel collection. The launcher was a little tricky to get enough power to launch the car and miss the ghosts. At times, it leads to frustrations because he just wants the car to get past the ghosts. Its very easy to attach to other Hot Wheel collections. Easy to assemble.

Cute idea

This was a cute alternative to a regular hot wheels track. The kids enjoyed it for a little bit. Was a little disappointed to see that you can’t combine the different sets to make a larger track. I think that would have held their interest a little longer.

Excellent quality product at a great price

Hot wheels Mariokart Boo's spooky sprint track set features Shy Guy in his 1st appearance with the standard cart. You race through Boo's haunted library by hitting the mushroom slam launcher, while trying to avoid getting bounced by a boo. Provides endless hours of fun and you can add several choices of expansion sets to build the ultimate Mario Kart track. It is made of very high quality materials which I expect to last for years like all my other Mattel products. I will recommend this to my family and friends.

Great as a stand-alone toy

As a standalone toy, it's great! My kid loves it, and has had no issues. As something that LOOKS like it fits in with other playsets but doesn't, it's disappointing. My kid really likes connecting all of his different playsets together, but the brown piece is printed in such a way that nothing from any of his other sets will connect to it. So... if you're getting it as a standalone toy, go for it... but don't expect to be able to connect it to anything else.

Launch pin, car too light,

I bought this yesterday. Putting it together easy enough. One thing I didn't realize is you note: lock the launcher pin by pulling up to lock in place. Took a few tries to figure that out. Would be better if you have a couple extra track pieces to add on the end. Thought it should've been included. Quality fair. The car that comes with it doesn't work very well.Mario and Ape cars work alot better maybe because they're a little heavier. We'll see if it can handle the abuse of a 5 year old but he had fun.

Love Hot Wheels new track set

What an adorable track set! When we opened the box, inside there's a booklet to detail about how to assemble the track set, several plastic parts and one cute Kart figure. The track set is fun to play and kids love it and you can collect more figures and play with other friends.Overall I would say this a perfect track set for kids to play together.

Love these Mario Kart sets!

My family LOVES Mario Kart, so we were all very excited when the Mario Kart Hot Wheels came out! The Boo's Spooky Sprint Track is a great addition to the collection!My 6 year old was thrilled when he saw Boo was on this set! He immediately took this set and added it to the other Mario Kart sets that we have.While this set is fun on it's own, I would definitely recommend buying the other Mario Kart sets to enhance the fun. Putting them all together makes it feel like a track right out of the video game!

Super fun race toy

My 4-year-old is a huge Mario fan but has never had any Hot Wheels sets. I thought this would introduce him to the world of race cars while combining a favorite interest. We like that you can combine sets to make your own custom racetrack— it’s like being a theme park designer! Each track comes with its own car and character, which my son really enjoys. It’s a fun set that will get hours of playtime in!
