I bought these one night as i had my guinea pigs in my room over the cold winter, they scurried around alot at night and i could hear their very movement. I'm usually quiet a heavy sleeper but i just couldn't sleep so i bought these and was thrilled i would finally have a decent nights sleep. i put them in my ears before bed hoping to get a decent night rest except they only made the noise a little bit quieter and no matter how hard i tryed one of them kept falling out. It may be because they couldn't block out the mouse completely but i wasn't happy and just slept downstairs for the week

I live in student accommodation so there's always someone blasting out music or talking on the phone too loudly. These almost fully drown out any unwanted noise whilst I'm trying to work. They're also really good to sleep in, because it blocks out my flat mates but it doesn't block out the sound of my morning alarm. In regards to safety it also doesn't fully block out things such as fire alarms it just makes them quieter. My only issue is that they are really fiddly to put in and it takes me at least two or three attempts. If there were a way of making it easier to insert them, this would be the perfect product.

I have used the Laser Lite ear plugs in the past and they were great. I thought I would try the Max Lite since they're a similar shape but lower cost. I have found that they always expand very quickly after squishing them. I do not have time to get them into my ears, even when I'm rolling it up right outside my ear and using my other hand to pull the top of my ear up. If I do manage to get them inserted correctly, they work well and are about as comfortable as ear plugs get. The box is easy to mount to a wall and pairs of plugs are easily removed from the box. I work in a low pressure environment so I have time to fiddle around with ear plugs. Someone working a fast paced production job probably doesn't have time to be reinserting the same ear plug five times to get ... MoreI have used the Laser Lite ear plugs in the past and they were great. I have rather small ear channels and find most ear plugs become uncomfortable, almost to the point of painfull after a few hours riding my motorcycle. Max Leight plugs are softer and I can ride all day with these, they are much more comfortable..
Great ear plugs for general use. I hammer a lot of concrete and Rock, these are my go to ear plugs as long as I am not super confined (where the noise is amplified). These are the most comfortable. If extremely noisy conditions I use this same companies ear plugs but the Max version (orange). Those are less comfortable but better noise reduction.
Let's put it out there - I love my sleep almost as much as a I love the wife, my kids and the stinky fluff-ball commonly known as my dog. After years of my gorgeous wife sounding like a buffalo being mounted by a raging bull when her almost perfect head hits the pillow I have finally found a solution to her snoring (I call it snoring it's more the sound of a twin engined Airbus being chased by my old MKII Ford Escort) I can finally sleep. These little gems more precious than diamonds block out the sound to the point where the house could collapse around my ears and I would still wake up feeling refreshed and ready to face the day. Happy happy happy!!!
I've used EARZ now for about 5 years, compared to 3M I find these to be a considerable amount better for prolonged use. As a joiner/machinist I need to wear these for up to 4 hours at a time. I do this regularly without realising they're there half the time. Being slightly longer I find them easier to use and despite being quite soft and comfortable they seal really well. They do fall a little short on the db rating to 3M, but for me, 3M are not as comfortable. I can't recommend these enough.
These earplugs are light but they really keep out the noise. I use them in the gym, where they always play the music too loud in classes. These are a good size for my small ear, so they don't stick out too much. They can stay in for a long time.
The plugs are from the very soft foam which holds the form when squeezed (unlike some of the cheapest options). The "lite" version size is slightly less than usual but noise reduction is still sufficient and smaller size is better for prolonged use (over the night), especially with wider end of the plugs cut off. I tried many different kinds of earplugs and ended up using this ones already for 2 years. (I have no idea what the guy with 1 star review expected from them)
I have been ordering Leight earplugs for over 10 years. I do not need a whole box at a time. It helps me when a seller breaks them down so that I am only buying a few pair at a time. Let me tell you about these. 25 pair is still an excess but someone who used to live in my house loves to come over and grab a couple of the packets pretty often. Not sure what he dos with them but I use mine at night. We live a mile from the Nashville huge airport. We are not under a flight line but in the night, sounds magnify. The air national guard work on the big C130's or something (Im a woman and do not know a whole lot about military planes or any other planes either.) I do know about earplugs and these are the best I have ever used. I used to listen for my children at night so ... MoreI have been ordering Leight earplugs for over 10 years. I do know about earplugs and these are the best I have ever used. I used to listen for my children at night so I heard those huge plane being revived up all night. Once they were grown, could finally do something so I could sleep. I tried many but it wasn't until I found these that I was able to sleep in the night. And not listen to those huge plane noises. They fit well. I have never gotten one caught down into my ear. I think it is the medium size I get. I twirl them a little before putting them into the ear canal. They start springing back as soon as they are in my ears. They last a long time if you do not lose them. Some times I will wash with warm soapy water and then allow it to dry on paper towels. I have never had one tear in all of the years I have been using them. Great product!
