For clear skies, water, reflective surfaces, the effect is 1st class.Very narrow construction is difficult to rotate when using a lens hood. I use my finger nail but if you bite yours!!!Well constructed product if somewhat costly

Does what it is supposed to do
For clear skies, water, reflective surfaces, the effect is 1st class.Very narrow construction is difficult to rotate when using a lens hood. I use my finger nail but if you bite yours!!!Well constructed product if somewhat costly

I used this circular polarising filter on a 24-120mm Lens for shooting a wedding in Crete. It was perfect for reducing glare, improving the contrast/ cutting glare and highlights and making colours especially skies appear more saturated by cutting stray light.It worked well.It is a little difficult to turn with the lens hood on as it's a slim frame design, but the advantage is not too much vignetting.
I use it mainly for landscape photography

everything you'd hope for, for vig reduction remember to first remove uv/protective filter!because of it's thin profile unscrewing can be tricky. best value around but everything camera is pricy
