Being old, I've always had desktops because I need a proper keyboard to type faster and a proper mouse to navigate easier. My job however, entails a lot of travel and I found trying to cram a giant desktop into my suitcase, super-inconvenient. It also puts me over airline weight limits. I use the free 'Libre' office suite but on this laptop I have to use the 'open with' link to open documents in Libre. Due to a hectic work schedule I haven't had time to get rid of the bloatware but I will eventually. I'm disappointed HP has gone down this road; don't even get me started on all the hoops you have to jump through to get their printerrs working, suffice to say, gone are the days of plug n play. HP was a 'go to' option for me but I'll be looking at new and emerging brands in the future.

Purchased a HP Laptop through Harvey Norman Wagga Wagga recently. I found the experience very easy from research to pricing through to the click and collect process. I found a quality product at a great price and it was in stock locally. My score-10/10

This is the second HP laptop that I have purchased, I purchased the previous model last year for my son for school. This is a good reliable laptop that runs reasonably fast and can handle all of the basic applications for high school. It can handle a little light gaming, but it is is not a great computer for that purpose. It was great value on sale just after Christmas.

Product is great, easy to view keyboard, fingerprint scanner at log in is a nice easy addition, super fast processing speed, mouse trackpad is good and not too sensitive. Had a issue with an image error when I first started it up, took it back to Harvey Norman Oxley and the IT Technician sorted it quick and easy, staff were helpful and professional
This is a great laptop for me, I just wanted an everyday one that could complete basic tasks well. This laptop certainly does that, I have given 4 stars because the battery life isn't great for a brand new machine that isn't being put under any great pressure.
I really like the touch of the keyboard. However, the length of the battery is disappointing. It will last for no more than 6 hours, which is much shorter than it advertises. Overall, the value is not bad, but I doubt how long this laptop will last if the battery doesn't work well.
Bought it in December 2020. It's a good laptop overall. The laptop was used for hours every single day and it never broke down (HP reliable). Quick startup. Lightweight. However, build quality could do some improvement, battery not very good, no internal power supply, plastic screen glued on bezel. If you're not fused about any of the Cons, then I'd recommend this (Sorta)
I bought this laptop for my daughter who just started in Year 7, and am so lucky that this was on sale when I did! This laptop is slim, speedy and high quality. We wanted a laptop that could last through high school if needed and this one ticked all the boxes: great internal storage, large keypad with side numeric pad, and good internal processing system. So happy with our purchase, just wish I bought myself one too!
Beautifully presented, lightweight, classy, fast processing speed, bargain price, fantastic customer service. I am a writer and it is so smooth to use. I also love the clear screen for watching tv, movies and interactive video calls. I rang a few different places before choosing Harvey Norman. Thank you.
I am so pleased with my Intel 11th gen I5 with IRIS Xe So Fast and the Graphics are so Good. Its really slim and light easy to carry on wherever I go . The fingerprints lock is also an highlight features for me. I'm very happy with my new lap top for that reason the day after, I bought another one for my daughter. Value every cent that I spent on it!
