brilliant product, price cannot be better.I love it. thanks so much for that. You can keep the product not wrapped with package bag or black plastic , to save some money ,because in wrapping it you spend and if the product is in kts original box, bag in a dry area, it should be ok until the client picks it up; it only needs the paper slip saying the name of customer + sellotape to keep it in place. just helping youto save money. i would not mind my product not wrapped or in a bag as long as the product is n the original box, not wet and not damage to the original box/bag. cheers kindly

This is a basic printer that uses only a USB connection direct to your PC. For the price - it does its job. Now... Reading the instructions, it will lead you to try and download an app for this printer to set up. BUT Don't! - This printer has NO, WiFi or Bluetooth capabilities, - so just plug the printer in using the USB into your PC. And, I mean - PC... I have tried to use this printer with my iMac and MacBook with no joy - Is there software out there to download to make it compatible? - I don't know... But this basic printer does the job if you are happy to have it always by your PC's side... Bought this thinking a simple USB printer. That's all I needed. But after trying for many days and hours to make it work, realised that it won't work on MAC. Not sure if it works in some versions. Hardly worked on win 10&11. It took 10 min approximately to print a page. HP told it is because the latest windows versions doesn't have much support for USB connected printers. Finally returned it to the shop.

Printer would not connect to Dell laptop or MacBook Pro laptop. After messing around for 6hours over 2 days downloading drivers and the HP printer software neither laptop could connect. Called HP helpline they said that the printer is only compatible with windows laptops, and even then they couldn’t manage to connect it to my Dell laptop. Now I am stuck with a piece of junk that does not work. Do not buy this.
It only serves the very basic printing purpose when print single side pages. Double side For model 2330(basically the same thing). printing has a mysterious misalignment issue and needs manually decide which two pages you want to print together. (for a three pages printing job, it will ask you to flip the page on the third and second page, then leave the back of the first-page blank). Also REALLY REALLY SLOW, defiantly not the speed as it described (mine prints only 1 page per minute for colourful print!!!!)
i brought this printer before reading the reviews, which i now regret. to set it up it tells you to go onto the hp app which then says that you dont need to download any software, it should just print from the usb cable. It doesn't. It won't even scan and copy a page, it just does nothing. will be returning this printer
It took me 10mins from unboxing to printing. Not sure what the negative reviews were about regarding the instructions... they were simple and had large pictures showing exactly what to do. I had no issues with connectivity or anything either. Fast printer. Was a bit grainy to start, but it prompted me to update the firmware and to also scan/print a document to improve printing... which it did.
HP 2332. Happy with printer. Setting up instructions not as simple as other brands. Disappointed to find during the setting up process that the HP website states the series 2332 printer is obsolete, and that some support services are no longer available.Notwithstanding this, it's currently on sale at the Warehouse. There was nothing in the Warehouse point of sale display advising the model is obsolete.
Okay so it's a cute little printer. However, getting it to work has been a nightmare. I keep getting errors. The HP website is not helpful. The set up wizard keeps telling me the door is open. It is not. The HP Dr app just says it's a driver error and has no help after that. ALSO... I paid full price and it's now on special. That sucks lol.
After reading the reviews, I feared the worst buying this printer, I took it home, very tentatively, removed it from the box, fitted the ink cartridges, plugged it in, and I was nervous. turns out the negative reviewers are clearly idiots and couldn't operate a simple product, was printing swiftly within 10 mins of unboxing it. I understood by reading the description it wasn't wireless nor plugs into a phone as it uses usb2. pays to read the product you are buying before blaming it for your own stupidity
