I found the PC to be very easy to set up and get running. What I like most about it was the price, the i7 CPU 16GB of ram and 512GB SSD. This means for my needs the device id extremely fast and can multitask well. I 'm also impressed with the screen since it's nice and sharp with bright colors / contrast. As for the case, it seems sturdy, and the silver finish looks good.

Everything was great ♥ .... I was happy with this laptop ....... until I have to work on a project where I had to enter a lot of numbers .... :(Where is the numeric key pad ?I realize there's no numeric pad :( oops ....I am very disappointed that there are no more numeric pad on the newer HP laptop .... except the 17' ?Please HP .... bring back the numeric key pad on 15' laptops. It is very important for working people.
Great computer for the price. The back lit keyboard is fantastic, has 2 brightness setting. Screen is clear. Battery life is good. Runs smooth and fast. Only thing i wish it had come with a stylus.
Just what I was looking for! The screen is abled to be pushed back further than on a standard laptop for my preferred viewing angle. It is slightly heavier than the a similar traditional laptop, but not a deal breaker. Performance is great.
I am pretty happy with this purchase. It boots up very fast and connects to Zoom at about 100 times faster than my old Dell. For some unknown reason, my camera shut off on about the 4th day of use and only my virtual background showed up onscreen during my daily Zoom calls. Fortunately, I had p; purchased the Geek Squad Tech package and two very nice online techies were able to restore it.
The HP Envy 360 laptop contains a 13th generation i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, and it's powerful for multitasking or other high-power tasks. The battery life is exceptionally good with extremely fast charge times, and the screen is very bright and clear. Windows 11 provides a great work environment and I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
Was in a hurry to replace my broken laptop. did not pay close attention to the HP key board, Just listened to the sales clerk. It does not have a 10 key number pad on the right side of the board. Other frequently used keys are located in non familiar places to me. It will be a looong learning curve.
Just received the laptop yesterday. Very disappointed by this purchase. The resolution is unbelievably low, the highest is 1369*768. Not HD at all. For a 15.8" touch screen laptop, it's ridiculous to produce such a product. Now everything is HD, how can hp make such a non HD product! And the quality is low too. the keyboard is shabby. The usb port seems like not well made. I tried so hard to plug in a usb driver. The touch screen is nice . But the resolution is way too low. Will definitely return it even there's a restocking fee.Very disappointed and sad.
