Although I’m still in the trial for instant in and I’m not being charged, I find the rate very reasonable Instant Ink. Compared to buying ink in a store, the savings are monumental. I can honestly when the time comes to purchase another printer, I will purchase this brand because of my experience in this trial.

I got this printer for our home office for the wife and I. We are very happy with the internet connection this has maintained that our old printer would conitnue to lose. We did skip the option to sign in/up with the myhp app during set up which i think is a hidden huge plus this printer offers. Once we finished the standard set up the printer was ready to go we started the initial set up and it was a breeze. The print speed is quite decent with the clarity of images like photos i would give that a 8/10 not the clearest ive seen but good for a thermal dot style print. The color accuracy is where the print quality suffers the most in my eye but the consistency and clarity are on the upper scale of this type of printer. Besides these lock into ecosystem mechanisms built into this printer I think the overall performance is excellent with flawless connection,fast prints, clear copies, and clean finish. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone with a home office expecting to print some documents occasionally.

It was not in the "help" section of the app. It turns out that it was because we had a VPN set up for my fiancee's work. No fault of the printer, but still challenging to find an answer to. Once we changed that for initial set up, it was back to smooth sailing.Overall, this is a smooth sailing, easy to use and attractive printer with so many functions that make life incredibly easier. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a versatile, easy to use and high quality printer at a very reasonable price range.

This printer replaced my OfficeJet 3830 and all I can say is wow! My old printer (over three years of use) was always my absolute favorite and now this exceeds what that one did. I no longer will need to print invitations with a printing company, I can just use this. It prints in color so much faster and in better quality than the old one did. It was so simple to register and replace my old printer with the free Instant Ink subscription (that we already used). I can’t say enough about how much easier not worrying about buying expensive ink has been since signing up for this feature with the last printer. My other HP printers did not have plastic turn off tabs like this one does.It may be an “office” jet but I do a lot of printing for my kids in color and our small business. It is quite hard to remove, but through persistence I prevailed and removed it and was able to install my printer cartridges easily and without any other issues.I would definitely recommend this printer to my friends and family for their home printing or small business. So far, I have printed both, in color and in black and white. The colors are vibrant and smooth. The various hues are captured and displayed very well. The blacks are very rich and defined.The printer connected to the wi-fi with ease and it is super easy to explore every one of the features from your phone. The interface was not glitchy or confusing and it didn't take much time at all to install. I do like that it's not required of you to have the connection in order to use some of the functions. I do with the power cable was a little bit longer and had a bit more flexibility, but that's no issue at all in the broad spectrum of things. Another useless thing I would've liked is for the printer to have been a different color like black or even a fun color

Will persever for 7-10days.If not comfortable with purchase, JLP customer services can expect a call and JLP should seriously consider selling HP equipment as the QC is not what it used to be.

Firstly, the orientation for inserting paper into the tray is reversed from what I'm accustomed to. In my previous HP printer, I would typically insert paper with the used side facing down, as I often recycle paper and prefer to utilize the back side whenever possible. However, with this printer, the used side needs to be facing up. Secondly, the scanner presents a slight challenge. Unlike before, where I would position the top of the paper on the right side, with this new printer, it requires placement on the left side to ensure proper scanning orientation. These adjustments are purely on my end and not an issue with HP. It's simply a matter of familiarizing myself with the nuances of our new printer.
