HPM has been able to provide a 3 year warranty safely in the knowledge that is how long people will take to understand the incredibly convoluted programing method. So the timer is probably never going to be used. Mine won't!I gave up and borrowed an older mechanical timer.

I bought this 2 days ago and am returning it today. Awful. Too complex and you need a jewellers eye glass to read the manual and digital screen (I'm 80)

Perfect size. I use it for my espresso machine. Easy to program and easy to override if I feel like an extra cup.
I purchased 6 of these timers for my hydroponics they are so easy to setup I found the instruction manual easy to understandI would totally recommend this product
I'm quite satisfied with the instructions and the look of the unit, only problem is I can't get it to work. Tried 20 times+ with no luck. Might be taking it back.
Clock has an internal battery backup, which is very handy.Instructions are a bit cryptic. I managed to work it out after a while.I used the timer to reset a little computer device by cutting the power for 1 minute early each morning. Works great.
I brought this thinking it would be what I needed I followed the instructions and it didn’t work properly I tried to reset wouldn’t reset after 2 hours and various people having a go gave up taking it back
Great purchase so far! Hot tip: YouTube the instructional video to save the headache of reading (and re-reading) the manual. Really enjoying the functions and the slim design.
I bought a 2-pack of these timers and have been trialling them for a few years now.One of the timers got wet during a flood but still works, albeit grudgingly. The buttons to set the timer need to be pressed hard.Not sure what went wrong with the other timer, but it appears to be turning on during the night (random feature is not enabled), and upsetting my flowers.Also, at my age I need my spectacles, a good light and concentration to set the units. The display is not lit and very small.OK if you have time to check your settings are working.
