I bought this a few weeks ago, and it comes with the extra F-connectors, coax cables and RJ45 cable to route the antenna and phone through the board. It's relatively slimline for this type of power board, and the energy absorption rating is quite high for the price of the board. I'd recommend it (and going to buy a second for the other TV!).
