I purchased this item for our upcoming trip on a cruise ship, I specifically picked one which does not have surge protection however the item which arrived does have surge protection and can’t be used on a cruise ship. The listing said it would have a carry bag which I did NOT receive. Delivery took much longer than expected as the item was shipped from Australia instead of the local warehouse where I thought I was ordering from. Overseas sellers really need to be clearly labeled as such when ordering in the warehouse app. Overall a very mediocre experience. I’m quite disappointed that the warehouse has resorted to such dishonest marketing.
