So its a nice looking machine and it feels well built. The chrome details are nice and on the whole it feels good to use. The coffee capacity in the head is a a bit small and the height from the head to the cup stand is a little small too. In practice this means small cups and not strong coffee. I had to change my favourite (large) cup to use this machine. The steam wand on mine is incredibly noisy in use and it doesn't texture the milk easily. It tends to blow bubbles rather than agitate so getting the milk right has been a bit hit or miss. The machine itself, if you don't want large strong coffee, is actually very good value and it looks very nice in the kitchen. If this was 50% larger in capacity and it use the older design milk steam head it would be 10 out of 10. As it is, for my requirements, it only scores a 7. You may score it higher if it fulfils you needs adequately. Does look nice though.....

Trays are all removable so you can fit a normal cup underneath. Coffee holder thing is easy to clean, comes apart so you can clean the filters.Cons: The machine is a bit temperamental when heating up. Sometimes it takes a while, but I’ve learned that it’s usually due to air stuck in the machine, so I just open the frother up a little and then the heater kicks in, so not that big an issue really! Pros: Compact, powerful, creme/brown colour quite pleasing, on my second machine—1st one lasted 5 years of constant use +/- 2,000 coffees!Use only filtered water! Must keep it descaled like any machine that uses water.Cons: None.

Pros: Looks nice cosmeticallyCons: Noisy …..water container vibrates making it noisy when switched on. Only produces a small amount of hot water before green light switches off . This makes it time consuming in making a decent size expresso!

Sold as refurbished but looks 100% new. The design an total appearance is very elegant and interesting. Bought to replace my old and lived DeLonghi espresso machine, it seems to work well. It is, compared to the previous one almost silent in operation, heats up quickly too. The coffee unfortunately comes out weak and wishy washy, not comparable with the previous wonderful and rich true espresso . It appears as the pump falls short of achieving the promised 15 Bars of pressure. Second problem is the redesigned coffe holders, difficult to insert and remove from the handle, especially when filled with ground coffee and hot. What a shame!! Not an improv at all. I will try to get the old machine, not so pretty, serviced ...
This is a lovely looking item. However, (and I think it's because I'm not a coffee expert) it is quite tricky to learn to use. But it seems very professional. The good thing is, it makes coffee exactly like you'd get in a cafe. It's quite messy to use, you have to have a cloth handy for drips and spills. It really only makes enough strong coffee for an espresso but that's the whole point of an espresso machine I guess - like I said, I'm not an expert. But at least you can make lovely frothy milk to top it up. I am growing to like it more and more.
Pros: Love the appearance and retro look of this product. Once I practiced a few times it was easy to use too. Really easy to lean.Cons: Would have preferred a longer spout on the milk frother.
Extremely pleased, great product, makes a excellent cup of coffee, very easy to set up and to use, I just read the instructions to make the best coffee for myself.The instructions are useful and understandable.I highly recommend this particular product.
Pros: Coffee taste, froth, speed it heated upCons: Plastic water tank arrived broken (but replaced next day). Machine regularly turned itself off within seconds , I don’t know how I rectified it but kept pressing buttons! Previous model did not do this. New coffee arms east to clean but not as substantial as old model
