The interface is fairly intuitive if you are migrating from another manufacturer and the display is crisp, sharp and incredibly detailed. Battery lasts 3 days of normal use between charges. Finally, the camera. Amazing clarity, detail and colour so far (still testing this) and the only reason it hasn't totally replaced my DSLR is the fact it doesn't have an optical zoom. Yes, it is a pricey piece of kit, but the performance is better than anything else on the market right now, so for those who like future-proofing and anyone who likes cutting-edge tech, this represents ... I don't really need to charge it every day as it still normally has more than 50% charge after 24 hours. When I'm holding the fold, I need to be mindful that my fingers are touching the screen on the sides unintentionally. I guess I could retrain it and add a cold finger as a second fingerprint if I could be bothered. The camerareally is very good. Im a keen photographer and generally my requirement is to be able to make an A3 print from a photo. Ive not tried that with this phone but I think its probably good enough to be able to do that with. Personally, I would never have bought this phone for 700 or whatever it cost new because I think thats too much to spend on a phone, I know many people will disagree with that and I cant say I blame them considering that it makes a compact camera redundant. I actually bought it second-hand so its possible thats why I see worse battery life then the Mate 20. Having had experience of 2 Huawei phones I can recommend them wholeheartedly, I think theyre superb and lets face if youre going to be spied on would you rather have the Americans doing it or the Chinese? I wouldnt buy a Huawei phone which didnt have the Google Play store on it, for obvious reasons, something which seems to be almost completely random at the moment which phones sell new in the UK with the Play store and which do not.

It came with all the extras except the USB-c headphone adapter (however it did come with a good pair of USB-c headphones).
