This was a gift to my great niece for Christmas so I’m not to sure how it’s working but pickup store option worked great for me ordered it on the 23rd of Dec. picked it up the next day on Christmas Eve. Just in time for Christmas.Box was a lil damaged but not bad.She was happy and that’s what counts.
Granddaughter (3 1/2) loves it. The 3-wheel configuration helps with coordination and the base is broad enough to easily place 2 feet down. She will soon be zipping along on the 2-wheel. Be sure to wear a safety helmet.

Our granddaughter loves the scooter. She is 3 1/2 years and wants to practice. Our son had a easy time putting things together. He made the handle bars longer because she is tall for her age. A few more tries and she will learn to turn instead of backing up. Al in all we love the product.
