A genuine article that does seem to last without being overally intense from the start. The smell reminds me of a tea tree shower gel. I'm not a fan of the bottle design, or rather more specifically the lid. It just gets in the way. It's difficult to describe but when you're paying this much money for a scent it's important to make it last by spraying onto pulse points instead of indiscriminately, and that is made difficult by the lid design where it's permanently attached. Cumbersome is how I would describe it. But having said all of that, if you're wanting a fairly strong fresh daytime scent then this would be an option to consider

I am not a perfume connoisseur.But i can spot the difference between good perfume and really terrible one. This one falls in between and is definitely close to the good perfume. I must admit i couldn't make out the varying scents of Sandalwood, Mint, Grapefruit. But i can assure it has got a very subtle scent to it. I can say the scent last for about 2 to 3 hours. In terms of over all scent i cannot say it's very different and special when compared to other Eau de Toilettes in the market.

As a rule I don't like commercial scents as they can be in your face, overpowering and fake, leaving rancid, acrid smells behind. Another thing I often find is the smell lingers on clothing in a bad way until washing, So, I was dubious about this scent. On spraying I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It reminded me of beautifully fresh clean washing which has been hanging out in a fresh sea breeze with brilliant sunshine beating on it. Several hours later the smell had changed to a lingering light cedarwoody type smell, and by the evening, the smell was deep woodsy. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. When hubs used it he sprayed about 6 pumps, which in my personal opinion was far too much, my nose could not take the overwhelming assault, so when he went to put it on the next day, I suggested he half the amount, which was alot less of an assault and much more of a pleasant fragrance. I will suggest that this could be sprayed in a drawer or wardrobe to freshen up clothes also, although for me personally, less is much much more.

I found that when my partner was wearing this, the top notes disappeared fairly quickly, and the middle notes were there for 3-4 hours, but I could still smell the base note on him some 16 hours later. My husband has been using Hugo Boss products since his teenage years. They smell good and last all day. Just like this new Eau de Toilette. He is very pleased with this item. It comes in a simple matt blue drinking flask style bottle, with the Hugo Boss logo on it. The fragrance is grapefruit, lime, peppermint, sandalwood mixture, and together they are creating this pleasant smell. It makes a wonderful present for any occasion. Fantastic, 5 stars product. I highly recommend it.

This comes in a style box which complements the HUGO Jeans Eau de Toilette perfectly. Has a masculine feel, not forgetting the quality factor too. This scent is summer written all over it with the Citrus scent with the subtle wooden undertones. Smells absolutely amazing. The scent is long lasting but not overpowering at all.
