Great for a wide calf. Love the flat sole (small cuban heel only). Although I wear a size 10 dress size, I have Polynesian calves and can’t zip up standard boots. These are great for walking and commuting. I wore these throughout winter in Melbourne, walking across the CBD every morning from Flinders St to Parkville including bluestone footpaths and cobblestones, with no slipping except on wet manhole covers which I just step around on rainy days now. Can walk fast and confidently without blisters or foot pain. The soles have started losing their tread with the heavy wear but the uppers still look new so will probably resole them. My favourite shoes ever. Buying another pair in case I never find boots this good again.

I usually love hush puppy shoes and their quality but unfortunately these arrived already scratched and marked super disappointed given how expensive they were. I returned for a refund.

I love Hush Puppies but this one fitted more like a gumboot. Disappointed and took it back. Love my ankle boots in black and tan. Have been buying them for over 15 years!
