The Husqvarna 28cc BlowerVac is worth every penny. The first time out of the box it started right away, and have had no issues since. Starts up everytime and runs great. I'm blow away (no pun intended) by the power of both the vacuum and the blower. It makes yard clean up a breeze and efficient, and the vacuum attachment makes it multi-functional. This blows the past battery operated ones I've used out of the water! I definitely recommend this unit. So far it runs like a dream and uses very little fuel - a must have to make your yard clean ups quick and easy.

This is a “B” unit, available elsewhere for as much as $40 less.Unit arrived ok, added fuel (same mix my Husky pro saws and other trimmer and blower get), and it fired right up and ran well, for about 30 seconds.Once it heats up, it won’t stay running at full throttle.Sounds like the carb isn’t properly adjusted.But since they use proprietary screws instead of the old flat blade style, I can’t adjust it.Now it’s either got to go back, or to a service center.Bad time of year for that.

Ordered the 125BVx blower from Tyler Tool. Website was easy to use. My unit arrived when it was promised, in excellent condition with owners manual and all attachments. Assembly was easy. I Filled the tank with 50:1 synthetic oil mixed with non-ethanol premium fuel which I use in all my lawn equipment. I followed the starting sequence from the manual and it started right up. I am impressed with the narrow design and centralized location of the outlet which is easier on the wrists. The unit is quiet and east to hold onto. Subsequent starts required half choke in all but immediate off and on use. I’ve used the blower about two hours total with no problem. Fired up out of the box as it came Factory Refurbished. My second Husqvarna FactRefurb I have purchased in 2 months. Both work great so far (a weed wacker & blower). I do not like the difficulty in changing the blower & vac attachments. A little tough, as nut is harder than other models to tighten or loosen when changing tube attachments. Nothing terrible, but not very easy.The side door for vac is a little tricky to open, and feels as though you would break it if forced. Weight is lighter than my Craftsman, not quite as powerful, BUT when you learn the mechanics, and get a better feel, you can do some serious leaf pushing (wet or dry) You can also carve nicely with the fanned end of blower. (By the way, I also have a Husqvarna 9hp Snowthrower that holds up just as good if not better than my 12HP Ariens) Husqvarna always made a great product, I hope they continue. Hard to believe it was reconditioned! It was in great shape and hardly a blemish.Gas it up and it started up in two pulls. I use it mostly to vacuum leaves,and it does a great job!Glad I purchased this blower/ vac
It was unclear to me in the specs if this could vacuum too. Customer service was also unsure and had to call Husky to find out. They assured him it is. It came today and I am happy to report it DOES vacuum, complete with bag. Unfortunately the shoulder strap was missing but cust serv has one on order for me. I'll add a review on it's effectiveness when I get the strap.
These things are terrible! They won't run on oxygenated gas (ethanol, the only kind you can find at the pump), and it quickly ruins the carburetor. I had one, my son had one, both quit after a year for fuel reasons. I foolishly bought another, and it went bad as well. They don't warn you, but the fuel system just isn't compatible with ethanol gas, and I even went to the trouble of getting a non-ethanol supply for my second one, but it still went south after 16 months. Stay far away from these Husky blowers!
After hours of research and talking to neighbors who owned similar prodcts I went with this model. Seeing an option for extended warranty just by purchasing their oil / gas mix was a no brainer. After 3 or 4 snow events using this I am very pleased with both ease of use and performance
Still working after years of owning this refurbished blower. Only maintenance performed so far has been replacing spark arrestor a couple of times.
i should have listened to advice and bought an electric one. i also should have listened to the other reviews who said the product was not as advertised. i put it together - poor instructions. i filled with gas. primed the engine. no more than 3 pulls as per instructions - 3 pull the cord no longer recoils. junk. took it back today. my search continues for a leaf mulcher
