We got this saw through a grant for our fire dept. The first time we used it the pull start/recoil system broke. It was replaced and broke again. We ordered the parts once again to fix it and we do not want to start it as we are afraid it will break again. Why is such a pertinent piece made out of plastic?

Engine had problems and needed rebuild in less than 6 months trying to cut pavement. We sent it in under warranty and the saw was rebuilt and sent back to use. Didnt make it another 6 months before engine problems again. You cannot make long cuts unless you want to stop and clean off the filters during each cut. Must be a poor design for running on a walk-behind cart that they sell with it.

Item was as described started right up needs cleaned up but I was aware of that
We ordered one for work as I cut and dismantle cars for work. This thing I tell you what.......starts easy in the cold harsh MN wonders, has more then enough power, makes my job so much easier then having to run a sawzall all day. Love it and would recommend this saw to anyone.
I bought a new one , used it about 30 hours at the most and the piston blew up , hard to start , to heavy , pull rope stoped working many times , to expensive to repair
My boss just bought one and man does this have power! Cuts through 6" natural stone like butter. Little heavy but, power makes up for that.
This tool is awesome for what it is designed for: making plunge cuts into concrete where you can’t get a 12” depth of cut with a walkbehind cutter. the other guy who posted one star must have been using it wrong. We cut all day long with this thing on a roof and it worked great. Just make sure you treat it with respect and maintain it well and it will last a long time and it will do a great job!
used for 1 minute and the clutch seized and burnt out .repair man said we didnt squeeze the throttle hard enough .joke .Husqvarna wont fix or replace .i have spent over 200000 on Husqvarna equipment and im struggling with the poor customer service
