Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets Passionfruit Punch Flavoured relieve symptoms of dehydration and help replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers. They are great tasting and come in a passionfruit flavour. Hydralyte tablets are also gluten-free, do not contain artificial colours or flavours, and are kosher certified. For babies under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water. Remove 2 tablets from the tube, dissolve in 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water, and sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks, and always dissolve in water. The recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea is 2 tablets equal to 200mL of fluid for children under 12 months.
