These flippers are good against ocean waves and rip currents. A necessity for free swimming during high tide conditions. I am able to wear these with neoprene boots because of the shoe size range of these flippers. Durable rubber flippers.

Been wearing hydros since 96 when i was a kid bodyboarding, im now older and have taken up bodysurfing and just got back on a bodyboard again.I went straight back to thesr fins as I remember they were soft and comfy as! They dont disappoint, a very solid fin, great feel and plenty of push and drive. Very happy would def recommend.

I have had the OG hydro fins decades ago and loved those. These current ones work great in the ocean. Nice comfortable foot pocket, even for my wide feet. The ankle strap is very comfortable with the ankle bone contours. Iām size 9 and the mediums fit perfect. Good propulsion and lots of snap for quick bursts for catching waves.
I have had the original hydro fin when it came out decades ago. This version has a very comfortable foot pocket for my wide feet. The ankle strap is nice because it is shaped for the ankle bones (malleoli). The fins works great for bodysurfing and bodyboarding. They have great flexibility for good bursts of speed for catching waves. I love them so much, I bought them for my kids!
Great fins for comfort and power. I've been using Tech 2 fins for many years, but Hydro Tech is just as comfortable. Glad that I discovered Hydro Tech Fins.

These fins are fantastic because they punch above their weight: despite their small size they give out a lot of thrust! And being shorter in length, less chance of getting foot cramps as I finds happens with longer fins. There is also a lot more to like: they float, are made of a natural bio-degradeable rubber and are not made in China.
Picked up a pair for my 6 year old son to wear boogie boarding. He started kicking into bigger whitewater waves and was able to get better rides and make carving turns.They fit well over his booties without discomfort."They help me catch waves better on my boogie board," he said.
