I am quite big than general. wears at least XL t shirts otherwise any shirts are tight. This wont fit me.. the sticky part barely hanging there. This is one size so make sure this fits you.Says compression therapy device, if its one size and doesnt fit you, obviously it doesnt work that well. The only i think i like its that ice pack. (but its hard to close perfectly to stop the water leak!!!)Nothing techy, that patent they got is, it allows squeezing out the airs from the ice pack. (it works like those beach balls, you hold the lid tight so the air can go out). With all these poor designs, the reason i gave 3 stars is because, other products have similar price.. If i had to choose, ill probably choose this one.

Does not come with the synthetic ice. You need a fridge that can make small-enough crushed ice in order for it function properly. The Hyperice Fuel (synthetic ice) runs about $47 on Amazon and is not here on the FSA store.

Definitely not worth the money.

I’m not quite sure what the hundred dollars is for. You push the button in some air comes out? That’s kind of stupid. Also the silicone bag is very large and the regular looking it’s not like some silicone rectangular prism like it appears to be on their advertising. You can literally find something for cheaper on Amazon. Even the armband is large and irregular. They have very good marketing and if it wasn’t for me having to pay for shipping again I would return it. Do not waste your money on this. This is the last hyper ice product I buy.

Everything to know about this device.

Fits well after getting used to putting it on a few times. Small ice cubes or slush ice works best for shaping ice around the joint. Thought the screw on top was leaking a little, it wasn’t - it was condensation from the ice bag. Being able to release the air in the bag for better compression is good. I would recommend but definitely wear on top of clothing/ t shirt or a thin tea towel or something to prevent cold skin burn/ damage. Do not use with ice bag directly on skin, the instructions do not tell you this. Doesn’t commit to say how long can keep ice on. I would say as long as not directly on skin then you can wear this device until the ice melts & replace ice etc. No harm can be caused wearing it for hours on end as long as your protecting the skin. Easy to move arm whilst wearing so can go about doing other things. For women, you have to strap the device around the back and across the bust. Under or over the bust just simply doesn’t sit right. For men it’s probably not an issue. Definitely helped me with reducing inflammation - I would recommend. It feels a bit bulky at first but soon get used to that.

Good thought, but needs a larger armpit strap.

If you're a bigger guy you won't be able to fill it much and be able to connect the strap.

Great for Reducing Shoulder Pain!
29 March 2021

I?ve been using and loving lots of Hyperice products lately, so sine I have shoulder issues I decided to give this a whirl. First off the re-usable ice bag is the single best ice bag I?ve ever seen. I use it all the time and use the wrap on my shoulder and quads. The combo of compression + ice in addition to the freedom to move around is so great in this and the back wrap. Highly recommend if you need a shoulder wrap!!

Great product/solution for post surgery
9 November 2022

I previously used Hyperice knee following knee surgery and had great success so when I knew I was getting shoulder surgery I immediately purchased one to have on hand post surgery and it hasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend these products

HyperIce Shoulder Suport.
20 January 2017

Hi,I have just had major shoulder surgery.I have been wearing a sling since the operation. I have very little movement and constant irritability from not being able to straighten my arm.I heard from a mate about TWL.I searched for an alternative shoulder support.I found the HYPERICE SHOULDER SUPPORT.For myself it has provided firm though adjustable support to the surgery area. I am able to straighten my arm where before I couldn't due to the restrictions from the sling.

Like the Hyperice Knee, the Hyperice Shoulder is an excellent ice compression for the shoulder. There is enough flexibility with this device to move the ice compression on any area of the shoulder (front, back or side). If you like the other Hyperice products you will like this one as well.

Small in size

I’m sure this product is wonderful for someone with a small frame, but there are no extender straps for this item to make it fit a moderate-sized adult. Disappointed.
