Cat tree

I bought this two weeks ago for an early xmas gift for my 3 cats, they love it. It’s massive, I have two big cats and one small kitten. The structure is very sturdy once all screwed in, except for the outside basket (my kitten jumped onto it and once she jumped off it broke immediately, if so wasn’t there she would’ve hurt herself). My 4 star rating is because of this feature, I was really disappointed as this was her favourite spot and now she has gone back to use the couch. Although the rest of the structure is great and sturdy.

Disappointing purchase without response

after assemble the product per specs, the bottom front came off straight on the fourth day use. the screw did not stay strong enough and the item is fairly wabblely for one year old kiyten to jump on and off. I messaged the Harvey norman team on the 4th day and provided pictures. It is now over almost two weeks and I have not heard back anything! Very disappointing purchase! And not recommended.

Good product

The instructions barely exist. A Chinese drawing, most people wouldn’t have a clue how to assemble it with these instructions. .

My cat doesn't like it :(

I was so excited to build a marvellous cat playground for my cat and watch as she discovered all the different ways to sit, sleep, hide, scratch and play on it, building was difficult because the instructions didn't mention that some of the poles had short screws already in them, and they can't go in the middle, they must go at the top where the sitting places are, because the screws they give you are too long for that, so of course I assembled them all wrong and then had to disassemble the whole thing to move the poles with shorter screws in them to the top. You also have to spin the poles round and round about 50-100 times to screw and unscrew them, so it was very tiring. She even jumped right up to the windowsill instead of using it to make the jump easier. Being so tall, it's very wobbly which might be why she doesn't like it. The little dangly mouse toy is cute. I've played with it more than she has. These are the things I wish I knew before I bought this, I would recommend this cat tower if you're ready for a good arm workout and you want a nice cat themed decoration for your home, or if you know your cat likes cat towers.

Not great

My cat hates this cat tree :( it’s actually not that stable and rocks side to side when my 2 year old adult cat tries to move around on it. So it’s very unsettling for an already nervous cat. I wish I could return this product.

Cats love it, a fun challenge to set up. Slightly wobbly on the higher levels but does not bother my two fur babies! Looks very impressive when visitors come over

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the unit consisted of 30 individual components and 27 Screws. The assembly instructions left a lot to be desired as all that was provided was an A4 piece of paper with a diagram of how the parts fit together. The posts on the diagram were numbered as were the screws. All other items on thediagram were not labeled.As none of the actual components were labeled I found this added considerably to the construction time. I found myself constantly referring back to the Photo on the Web site (thank goodness for the measurements there) as I need to measure components to identify them per the diagram. Even the worst Ikea Flatpack instructions are a dream compared to what was provided here. Value for money

Strong, sturdy. Hammock could be slightly larger. Base could be slightly larger for more stability when the cat does a flying leap at it. Other than those couple of things, it's good value for money.
