While it is very sturdy and we enjoy using the product very much we’ve only had it about five days so we will see how it holds up over the long period. The other thing that influenced my star rating was that it is tricky to switch around from mode to mode.That being said, the cabin portion where the dog rides is fully closable on the top so that you can, and close your pet completely, while the dog or cat can still see out Side. There is also a privacy hood on the top so that the top is completely enclosed. The sides are still. And your animal can see out and get ventilation. The only frustrating thing is that I found the clasp to be slightly tricky to use. Not impossible by any means, but takes a little getting used to. Definitely not a dealbreaker.While there is little or no shock, absorption, per se, the wheelbase seems to be very sturdy, and we have used it on grassy and gravel like terrain scenarios, as well as walking streets and sidewalks. Some streets and sidewalks not in the best shape and the terrain capabilities seem to be pretty good. A little bumpy from time to time for your baby but nothing too bad. The front wheel turns 360° and there are locks on the back wheels and the overall apparatus is light and easy to pick up if you need to in tricky situation’s while still remaining very sturdy.One user pointed out the smell. It just smells like something that’s been manufactured but the smell is a little strong so you might want to assemble it and air it out for a few hours before you put your baby in there. I added a little bit of extra padding inside the cabin so our little dog could rest a little more comfortably although the padding is pretty adequate. It is stated that the padding is machine washable, although I have not attempted to wash it in the wash machine yet.We are not runners, so I cannot speak to its suitability as a jogging stroller, but it definitely works on brisk walks and on at least some various grassy and gravel type terrain. We did slow our pace a bit on what we felt was a little bit more treacherous terrain. If you are a moderate to brisk walker and you take your pet out regularly, I would say you will probably enjoy this product and it should be more than suitable for your needs. Our dog is 4 1/2 pounds and our cat is about 10 pounds and both animals fit in the carrier very comfortably. Both can stand and turn around.We’ve used it as a stroller and a backpack, but not as a luggage carry-on carrier, or a carrier car seat or rolling bagSince we’ve only had about a week, I will come back as time passes and update our review

I own two of these fabulous strollers for our cats. I can fit two medium-small size adults in one. You can use the basket as a carrier and with a seatbelt, you can go to the vet or a park. The lightweight frame folds down easily and pops open when you’re at your destination. The built in cup holder and tray come in handy for us.We have also used this as a trolley but our cats prefer the stroller. Cleans nicely too. If you travel with this or go for lengthy strolls, I highly recommend using Dry Fur pet carrier pads, size small!

I've been using this carrier for eight years now, and it's the only one my cat hasn't figured out how to get out of. She's about eight pounds and has plenty of room to move around and change sleeping positions. I use this as our car carrier the most, because it's so sturdy and can turn into a backpack. I'm glad I spent the money. It looks as good now as it did in 2015.
