This parchment paper is extremely helpful and stands up very well. I mainly purchased it to use when baking sourdough bread and I am able to reuse it a few times before needing to use a new sheet. It doesn't always tear easily, but I always use scissors anyways to cut the amount I need. When baking cookies, it works well and the oils don't cause it to break making it so I can use multiple times! I will continue to use this brand for my parchment paper and plan to look into their other products as well.

This is great parchment paper because it is REAL parchment, so I use it with confidence. I am chemically sensitive, so this paper is an excellent choice for me. I use the sheets instead of the roll because the container is terrible -- it is flimsy and falls apart quickly makes it very difficult to cut the roll. Nonetheless, this product is still a great product because of the chemical free paper. I sure would like for them to use a stronger container because having the ability to cut just the amount of paper that is needed and would reduce my frustration.

I love "If You Care" and have used their products on and off for many years, when I can find them. The parchment paper is good but the boxes unglue as soon as they're used once so it's near impossible to rip on the serrated sides. Don't get me wrong, it's so important to me that they actually package all of their products in eco-friendly, biodegradable material. But there has to be something that can be done to keep the packaging together more sturdily. Parchment is durable and if you don't have something solid holding it in place to rip it against, it becomes a chore and it rips totally unevenly. You could use scissors but even for storage it's a pain to store a box that's falling apart neatly. The foil has the same problem with the box. My only complaint! Can they ... If You Care Parchment Baking Paper is the best, in my opinion.First of all, there is no bleach to worry about tainting the food.It is great for baking vegetables like winter squash and potatoes. Personally, I use kit also l for wrapping small amounts of leftovers so that I do not have to use up space in the refrigerator with bowls. ...so glad to have found it at i herb. will continue to purchase here. highly recommend!

Perfect solution to tearing on the box, which sometimes results in 'mis-tears'. If I need a smaller piece, I'll just cut it w/ scissors. I've completely replaced aluminum foil with parchment, as foil leaches aluminum into the food when baking or grilling with it (really bad for our health), possibly increasing chances of dementia . I'll cover my dishes with a plate or with wax paper folded under around the dish rim. I love all "If You Care" products - no more aluminum!
Was looking to purchase unbleached parchment paper and found this on Iherb. Arrived well packaged. Have used this product to roast vegetables and they don’t stick to the paper. Only issue is that the cutter doesn’t do a good job so I have to use a pair of scissors but that’s not a big deal for me. Also good value for money for the quantity. Would re-purchase.
My box is crushed and it looks like packer shoved so much paper packing and pushed it into shipping box so hard (so as not to rattle?), that the box was crushed. Never a problem before and my baker sister loves that these perfectly sit inside two of our baking sheets. Wish they made pre-cut for the large sheet too! Three stars for inability to select an order, then drop down menu to 'contact us', leave a review, share, etc. I want to contact you about the packing damage(?). The contact under my account shortcut has my contact information and not a way to contact you! Jeez it's difficult to find out how to text/chat/call for issue(s). So leave a review I obviously found first and decided to leave a review commiserate with botb frustrations; hard to find help specific ... I do a lot of sourdough bread baking and was excited to try these. I double-checked what the heat rating was (428F) and was pleased to see that it would work for my loaves of bread at 425F. I bake my loaves of bread in a Dutch oven and put parchment paper on the bottom. WELL.....this product caught fire and burned!! Not only did it ruin my bread, but it destroyed my enamel coating in my Dutch oven. Now I am out hundreds of $$ because of this product and I would never recommend it! I would give it zero stars if I could!
