I don’t consider IKEA the best for items like this. It is ok but is not good quality. Food sticks at the bottom too easy and I only used it to do ramen. IKEA is amazing for furniture but is way too far to be good for kitchen warehouse.
Last year I bought an Ikea portable induction hob for using when I cater for all the family at once, to increase my hob capacity (I have a range cooker/ceramic hob) and stupidly didn't realise I couldn't use my usual pans. So I waited and then bought a set and added since. Now I have several of these Annons pans. Easy care and wonderful on the incredibly rapid little hob. I wouldn't use this sort of pan for custard or food which would stick, of course, but they are wonderful for rapid boiling. Personally I hand wash all my pans, which increases their life. This Annons pan benefits from immediate drying to keep it looking nice.
Light weight, easy to handly, handles that wont get hot for safety, perfect size, great price. Loved it.
Filled it with meat , carrots, swede, onions, peas, potatoes and lovely dumplings. Used a lovely veg stock and turned out a lovely stew . Easy to lift as double handles, not too heavy even when filled. Easy to wash after use . Food did not stick .
I brought this but this is very thin and doesn't really work well for cooking. The bottom layer is very thin and the food always stick and burn.
The second one we have purchased. Can cook whatever we put in it. Just the right size when cooking smaller portions.
