Looks the part which is what I wanted over the functionality. The product works really really well but it’s not easy to use without the instructions. Guests that arrive to use can’t even heat some water without pushing every button.

Looks the part which is what I wanted over the functionality. The product works really really well but it’s not easy to use without the instructions. Guests that arrive to use can’t even heat some water without pushing every button.
My first thoughts were, that it would be the same as my previous microwave. That was not correct, and found the instructions poor and hard to understand they lacked basic information on how to cook with this machine. Example How do i defrost and cook a store bought frozen dinner that says heat on high for 5 min at 1100 whats not easy to work this one out, but it should be simple.
