Love the aesthetic of this set but the chairs have cracked under my toddler's weight (15kg). I went into IKEA today and noticed the material used is different to the one I purchased last year. The one in store is much sturdier. Such a disappointment that the one I purchased last year had inferior materials used. Whatever material they used on our set, the underside of the chair feels almost soft to the touch. The one in store today was solid.

This is the fourth time I purchased this table. The kids have enjoyed their table very much. Two of my granddaughters out grew them. The other two were gifts and parents were happy to see their kids enjoy their table. Used for snack time arts and crafts and tea parties.

Bought this table for my 3 year old and 18 month old. It seemed like all the corners were sanded off already. Wow was I wrong. My son cut his thigh getting off the chair. I went over every corner and sanded them down. This is a great table, just make sure you sand all the edges on the corners of the chairs and table. The sides of the legs have rounded edges but the top of the legs where it meets the table and seat are not. I would buy this table again, but I would sand all corners before letting my kids use it. Sanding the table corners off took me about 5 minutes.

Pleasantly surprised by this table and chair setup. The quality seems plenty fine for our toddler to use for years to come. The chairs can withstand my weight of 165 pounds as well no problem. Good height for our undersized 18 month old. She loves the independence of having her own table to eat and play at. She usually only sits there for a minute or two at a time as she is more high energy than other toddlers we know who tend to stay put longer than her. All in all, we can’t believe how cheap the price was and how legit the quality is— doesn’t feel like something you’d buy for $30. Only knock is that the shipping time was terrible! Super easy to put together, and it’s the perfect size! I got this shipped to me and actually got a little nervous because the box was so small, I thought it was just a table but it is definitely chairs & tables so don’t second guess yourself like me once you see the box size 😂My kids love it! They have sat at it everyday since I got it.
I think the edges of the table and chairs in quit sharp. My daughter 2 years old sometime hits the edge it fall down.Maybe IKEA can blunt the edges or make it as curve. otherwise I need to buy edges protector.mammut table and chair for kids design is better. I think I should buy mammut compare to LATT.thank you.
If I can give a negative rating, I would do it. The chairs are so flimsy. My 3year old daughter was sitting on her chair while eating. She tried getting out of the chair and fell off hitting her head so hard on the floor. She had been so careful ever since but this happened. I was about to buy a different brand this week. You really get what you pay for. If you can spare your child from this type of accident, please do not buy this product. It hurts so much to see your child hurt because of a cheap product.
Set up was easy, the chairs can carry almost any weight you put on it. Can sit an adult with no stress! Table is reasonably sized for two kids to draw and play comfortably. My kids love it. I’ve tried to lower screen time for them and this has done a great job keeping them off their tabs. Will definitely recommend it.
I've been looking for quite a few months for a good quality table for my two year old. I'm glad I took the time to look because I kept comparing the others to this IKEA table. The other were either plastic and more expensive or a cheap pressed board and more expensive. I love that this is made of wood, the top is very easy to wipe clean, easy to assemble, and the natural wood color and white top look very clean in the house. Amazing quality and price! I highly recommend!
My kids love this set. At first the set came with a broken piece. But the customer service were so nice they replaced the whole set with a new one for us at no cost. Montessori method has been so much easier for us now that the kids eat together. It makes them more independent.
