This lamp is a very modern addition to a corner in the living room. It does not throw out a lot of light but was perfect for "lightly" illuminating a dark corver of the room. I do with they would make one much taller - this is about 4 foot tall, I'd buy that too! It looks a bit like something you might buy at MoMA - for a lot more.

This lamp is a beautiful statement piece. I have it on top of a black low bookcase in my foyer instead of a vase. It's unique, lovely and well made with a heavy base.

Awesome lamp! Definitely a good buy. It would've been cool if Ikea mentioned you need a separate remote for brightness. Plus, you can't change the light color with the remote. Other than that, it's spot on!

Perfect for living room/office setting! Has a beautiful warm lighting. I opted out for the remote to make it wireless dimmer. The light is just bright enough without a dimmer.
This lamp provides great lighting to its surroundings and is dimmable to a high degree. I have no complaints about this product and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a medium sized floor lamp with unique aesthetics.
I purchased this lamp to help the general light of my apartment and it illuminates pretty well, also it looks amazing. I did not purchase the remote on-off as I think it's not necessary for my use.
The lamp has a great built quality to it, the base is pretty heavy making a good base. Someone else said the lamp is wobbly from where the light and the base attach, this is not true because the other reviewer just didn't tighten the base and the light together enough. (It comes with a wrench to tighten them together) The light the lamp emits is perfect not too warm or white but is pretty bright right out of the box. There lamp does not include a remote so there is no way to dim it. I bought the RODRET remote instead of the TRADFRI remote that was recommended in the discription and it works fine. The remote only allows two levels of dimming which is a little disappointing.I would totally recommend this product with the remote!
Was disappointed hand control doesnt match instruction manual, therefore doesn't dim so returned hand control as unnecessaryOtherwise love it
Love the lamp - but where it connects to the base is wobbly. My cat will sometimes rub against the lamp and because it’s not secure the light will flick on and off. I’m not sure if it’s just mine or a common problem, but something to keep in mind if you have animals or children.
gives off a good amount of light. i needed this for a dark room with a very dim overhead light and it works very well. i will be purchasing the dimmer switch to go with it. the base is heavy and sturdy and the shape makes it more interesting than a typical floor lamp.
