We liked the chair but prefer lower furniture so a carpenter removed around 3 inches from each of the legs. The chair was initially chosen because we hoped it might suit as a good chair for reading in the study. The white, washable covers areperfect.

I bought this chair, and had a staff member come to my home to put it all together. Great job...Sat on the chair for a day at my desk, perfect height... I had to return it 2 days later, I found it was a lovely chair, just not comfortable to sit on for more than 2 hours. So, they took it back, and gave me a refund. I lost the delivery money and the guy making it up for me, so nearly $100 out of pocket!!

I'm really pleased with this chair for our baby's nursery. Our baby is now 5 months old and breastfed. I had previously had a glider chair but the arms were too high and chair wasn't wide enough as baby got bigger. This one is perfect as it has a wider seat and the arms are a perfect height for resting my elbows on when feeding. It is comfortable and a good size.In the long term this will be a bedtime story chair, but it would also look great in any room of the house, so it will last us a long time which makes it a great purchase and value for money!
The armchair is well constructed and fits well with my other furniture. It is classic enough to not date, but looks fresh and modern to fit with a contemporary decor. Very comfortable and easy to assemble.
