WE use it as desk in our home office. Works great, if of great quality (qood), looks very nice, and is an inexpensive alternative to a long desk
Not solid butcher block but it has a thick veneer layer. Looks much better than any laminate countertops.

I initially bought this for my new desk setup. My sister and friends loved the setup so much and now they want me to build them something similar. The product itself was great and the instructions that came with it were very helpful. Plus they also had in Greek (bonus).
Affordable and attractive solution for a work surface in my studio. I wish there where more size options to make use in more situations.
If you’re going to use thin veneers, you should select the best ones - instead you get knots, filled with some polymer by the look and feel of it. Those filled knots come out easily - it’s been in less than 2 weeks and now I feel like I need to replace the entire worktop because of a 5mm hole that’s appeared in it.
I really enjoy my new countertop, it looks awesome on the island I made. I do see that the price has increased by $40, so I am glad I had already bought it.
