I wouldn’t even give this one star. Doesn’t fit a standard 35mm door, attempted to cut down the bolts - but the cutting areas provided on the bolts don’t match a 35mm door thickness, so attempted to cut where the thread was to get it the right length. Ended up destroying the thread which meant another trip to Bunnings to find an alternative bolt. Got home and re-attempted installation, only to discover after installing that the cylinder is completely flogged out and the keys don’t work properly. Had to remove the whole thing and start all over again with a better quality brand. Don’t bother wasting your money on this crap, just buy something slightly more expensive.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. Disappointed because it did not fit my door that was wider than the 35mm minimum stated size. The two long screws were too long for the door. Also, the instruction sheet was not very clear. Then, trying to get it to fit the whole inside lock fell to bits unable to be put back together. Also, not good engineering when you cannot tighten the two holding screws without it jamming. If your careful and using it on wider doors it would probably be OK for a cheap option. The price is very good.
This lock is value-for-money. An experienced handyman can install this lock without difficulty.The reviewers who complained about this lock only working on thick doors didn't read the supplied instructions. The long screws joining the two lock sides together are meant/designed to be broken off - there are suggested detents in the bolt shaft to suit different door thicknesses. I was able to break the bolt shaft off using a pair of pliers after indenting the metal around the detent using the wire cutters in the pliers. (The pliers is not included in the set of tools mentioned in the instructions.)I also managed to fit this lock in a cupboard door that was thinner than the specified minimum 35mm thickness (door was only 32mm thick).The instruction sheet does not ... MoreThis lock is value-for-money. Common sense and observation should provide the answer - the lock forks join at 90 degrees into the "+" shaped hole. However, reading the other reviewers, I think some may not have figured that out.The deadbolt by default is setup for the 60mm backset. The latch can be extended 10mm (to 70mm) by following the instructions.
Screws and tumbler pins have cutting lines to cut down for thinner doors.The deadbolt is pretty good once you get it right, but if the screws / pins are too long or short the key can easily get stuck or really hard to turn.Took me a while of trial and error to get right, but is working well now. Others may have more success.Will need an angle grinder or metal saw to cut, tin snips didn't make a dent.
My husband spend three hours trying to install this. You can't tighten the back screws if you do you can't get the key out. Horrible design .

Purchased to install on internal door. Instructions not that clear and the installation took a long time and it did not work as it should. After 3 hours I gave up and purchased a more expensive lock which was a breeze to install and worked.
This works fine on 35mm doors HOWEVER not straight out of the box. You will need to cut the screws to length and also the interconnecting pins. So it will take time to tailor and adjust. If you don’t have the time, skill or patience, probably best to use another brand.
