I’ve just received my 4th order from Beauty Affairs. Their range is amazing and there is always great promotions on so I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price. I love the free samples and bonus gifts. Quick delivery and on the one occasion that I had an issue with a gift card, they fixed it up straight away for me. Love this company!

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

Heartbroken to find that the products I had ordered the previous week were now 20% off. My fiancé convinced me to contact Beauty Affairs and they were kind enough to refund the difference. What absolute legends! Beauty Affairs, thank you so much. You have a very happy and extremely loyal customer here.

They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that. If I ever want to gift someone, I know some cosmetic products I will be going through Beauty Affairs.
