I absolutely loved this diffuser that my husband bought me for my Birthday. I looked after it and followed care instructions and never had a problem... Until now. Exactly 1 year after receiving it it has stopped working. I am so disappointed for a product that costs so much.

I also love the fact that this diffuser turns itself off once the water has run out. It means that I can leave it unattended and by day simply enjoy whatever fragrance I feel is attuned to my mood or my needs. And at night, I can safely leave it to diffuse my much-loved In Essence Sleep Blend (lavender, mandarin, roman chamomile & valerian). I find that the water easily lasts throughout the night. I bought this product a while ago and initally loved it, diffused well, loved the options with light, very aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately it did not last long though, I made sure to run cleaning cycles and to not get the base wet or the electronics wet. I wish for the money spent that it lasted longer. Because it is just over the 12 month mark they will not give me any refund or even store credit. Originally purchased from Myer.
I like most things about this diffuser, the size, the length of time it runs, the options for all the different coloured lights, but mine has cracked on the outside within a month of buying it. I ordered this online and thought the outside was made of wood (my mistake, but that's fine), but it seems to be made of pretty low quality plastic since the outer wood grain decorative layer of plastic has cracked at the top hole running down the side of the lid and vapour pools and runs down the side of the unit. In the photo you can see one crack but in the last week a second crack has formed. I expected more for the price
This a awesome looking diffuser, it really pushes a lot of mist and easily fills up the room with essense. I’ve owned this for over a year but all of a sudden it has stopped working and will not turn on anymore. Recommended product if there wasn’t the stress of it failing in a certain period of time.
I had a Kmart diffuser that I loved and wanted to upgrade to a better looking one. I bought this one on sale and it’s been trouble ever since. Firstly, the box was missing the instruction manual. Secondly, on the box it says you can only use this diffuser with oils of the same brand. That was not stipulated on the website otherwise I may not have purchased this brand, as In Essence essential oils are costly. Thirdly, no matter what brand of oils I use (including In Essence), the diffuser shuts off a few seconds after turning on. Sometimes, if I’m lucky, on my fourth attempt, it will stay on for the set time. Not impressed. Especially because it was such an expensive machine. This is the second Australian Natives diffuser we have bought, and clearly the manufacturer supplying the product has changed. We LOVED our first one and several years later it still works perfectly, but the new one is a far inferior product.It looks and feels cheaper than our old one, the lights are much duller, and it barely diffuses at all. We can run it all night and due to it barely working it will still have almost full water levels. Our old one generally lasts all night or close to, but the water is almost all used up as it actually functions as intended.If we hadn't bought direct off the website I would have assumed we were supplied with a cheap knock off. Very disappointing that the product has gone downhill.

It looks so attractive but it is also extremely functional. The mist from the essential oils is able to be controlled and the light intensity is too. The light comes from the top where the mist comes out and around the centre where the lid lifts off for filling so the light effect is subtle and gently changing.It is wonderfully practical with the top lifting off completely for filling, the water level is easy to see and it is also easy to clean when necessary. The mist fragrances a large area. I am really delighted with something that looks as attractive as this also being really functional. I have this diffuser for about 2 years and have probably used it about 10 times in the period cause it’s really unreliable and keeps turning off before the end of the time period I select.The other problem I have is too much mist is coming out of the diffuser and there is water all over the bench and nearby photoframes I have are covered in water droplets. My other diffusers never do this, I think something is wrong?I would love to recommend for inessences to provide me with some tips or suggestions on how to fix this issue I am having?
